Malva

Blooming all summer long, Malva (Mallows) can be annuals, biennials or perennials. Usually tall, they boast attractive 5-petalled, open funnel-shaped flowers in the leaf axils along the stems. Their dark, deeply divided foliage provides a flattering backdrop for the colorful flowers. Easy to grow, they are virtually pest and disease free and often self-seed happily in the garden, providing years of blooms. Mallows are perfect for cottage or wildflower gardens.

Malva, Common Mallow, High Mallow, Hock, Hock Herb, Marsh Mallow, Musk Mallows, Maws, Round Dock, Tall Mallow, Malva moschata, Malva Sylvestris
