Free-flowering, Begonia ‘White-Pink Picotee’ is a charming tuberous perennial boasting attractive cascades of extra-large, 2-5 in. across (5-12 cm), fully double, white flowers with soft pink petal edges. Blooming profusely from late spring to frost, they dangle with elegance from arching stems bearing green fleshy leaves adorned with serrated edges. The excellent branching habit of this tuberous begonia results in a superb floral display. A wonderful shade loving plant for containers and hanging baskets.

  • Grows up to 10-12 in. tall and wide (25-30 cm).
  • Prefers partial shade in fertile, moist, neutral to slightly acid, well-drained soil. Provide good air circulation and protect your begonia from strong winds.

  • Fertilize once a month. Cut back after flowering. Propagate by seed or stem cuttings.
  • Tender perennial, this tuberous begonia is not winter hardy. In cooler areas than zones 9-11, dig up the tubers before the first frost and store them dormant in a cool dry place over winter.
  • Toxic to dogs, toxic to cats, toxic to horses.
