Noted for its very long blooming season, Euphorbia x martinii 'Tiny Tim' (Martin's Spurge) is a bushy, dwarf evergreen sub-shrub of great ornamental interest. It forms a mound of stunning rosettes of lance-shaped, fresh green leaves with blushed burgundy undersides. Borne on burgundy stems, they are topped from early spring through fall by clusters of showy, fresh apple green bracts adorned with bright red centers. A beautiful plant to consider for containers or the front of your mixed borders. As an added bonus, this plant enjoys a great tolerance to heat and drought.

  • Typically grows with a compact, rounded habit up to 12 in. tall and wide (30 cm).
  • Remaining attractive during all its growing season, this remarkable plant is resilient to most pests and diseases, is deer and rabbit tolerant and is easy to care for.
  • A full sun to part shade lover, this plant thrives in a wide range of conditions as long as the soil is well-drained.
  • Perfect addition to beds and borders, banks and slopes, containers, for coastal gardens, cottage gardens or city gardens.
  • Propagate by division in early spring or take basal cuttings in spring or early summer; dip cut surfaces in charcoal or lukewarm water to prevent bleeding
  • Cut back flowering shoots to ground level in late summer or autumn
