Chinese Juniper 'Saybrook Gold', Juniperus chinensis 'Saybrook Gold'
Attractive year-round, Juniperus × pfitzeriana ‘Saybrook Gold’ (Chinese Juniper) is a low-growing, evergreen shrub of spreading habit with gracefully arching branches clothed with needle-like, bright golden yellow foliage. The foliage becomes bronze-yellow in winter. The new growth is soft to the touch, while the older growth is quite prickly. Valued for its decorative effect, this small Juniper makes a wonderful specimen plant, ground cover, or a low hedge.
