Water Lily 'Tina', Water Lily 'Tina', Tropical Nymphaea
Nymphaea 'Tina' (Water Lily) is a day-blooming aquatic perennial boasting rounded wavy-edged green leaves, up to 10 in. wide (25 cm). Floating on the surface of the water, they create a lovely backdrop for the large cup-shaped flowers, 6 in. across (15 cm). Each very fragrant blossom features pointed, deep violet-blue petals surrounding a conspicuous bouquet of golden stamens. Each flower lasts 3-4 days, opening in the morning and closing at night. Blooming from summer into fall, Tina is free-flowering and produces many flowers over a long season. Tina is a tropical nymphaea.
