Persicaria campanulata (Lesser Knotweed) is a semi-evergreen, mat-forming perennial with handsomely veined, ovate leaves, brown-felted beneath. From mid-summer to early fall, it boasts clusters of small, white or pink, heather-like flowers in dense panicles at the tips of the sprawling stems. Spreading enthusiastically, this is an excellent ground cover.

  • Grows up to 2-3 ft. tall and wide (60-90 cm).
  • Thrives in moist soils in full sun to part shade.
  • Pest and disease free.
  • Cut back after flowering.
  • Propagate by division in spring or autumn.
