Fairly easy to replicate, this pretty prairie planting includes a few spectacular elements which thrive on neglect while providing striking color and contrast for weeks.

This plant combination includes the misty froth of the lavender-blue flowers of Perovskia atriplicifolia (Russian Sage), the luminous creamy clusters of Eryngium yuccifolium (Rattlesnake Master), and the fascinating steel blue, globe-shaped flowers of Echinops ritro (Globe Thistle).

Fast-growing with bumblebees and butterflies dancing in attendance, all these perennial plants are low maintenance, pest and disease-free, deer and drought-tolerant, and make excellent cut flowers. Enjoy!
