One-spotted Elwes's Snowdrop
Very vigorous, Galanthus elwesii var. monostictus features dainty, nodding, white flowers with oval outer petals and shorter inner ones, adorned with a green heart-shaped mark at their tip. They rise atop the foliage of bold, broad, silver-gray leaves which are reminiscent of those of tulips. This bulbous perennial can flower any time from early to late winter. A lovely native from Turkey.
