A Cheerful Border Idea with Monarda, Agastache and Echinacea

Perennial Combinations, Plant Combinations, Summer Borders

A lovely plant combination for a long-lasting display. Backed with the impressive stature of Panicle Hydrangea (Hydrangea paniculata) is a superb perennial combination including richly colored mop-headed Bee Balms (Monarda), fresh-looking Purple Coneflowers (Echinacea purpurea), both interplanted with the dense blue spikes of Anise Hyssop (Agastache) and the white spires of Korean Mint (Agastache foeniculum). At the front of the border, a rich pink Sedum has been added for a soft splash of color in fall.

A simple and easy plant combination to create a lovely and unforgettable spectacle! Easy to grow and fairly low care, most plants are attractive to butterflies or hummingbirds!
