Euphorbia amygdaloides Ruby Glow' (Wood Spurge) is a compact, nicely branched, evergreen perennial with rosettes of leathery, ruby red leaves when young, which mature to purple-black. They contrast with bright cherry red stems from which arise sprays of showy, yellow inflorescences borne on chartreuse floral bracts in late spring or early summer. The eye-catching appearance of this spurge makes it a great ornamental plant in gardens and containers.

  • Remaining attractive during all its growing season, this remarkable plant is resilient to most pests and diseases, is drought, deer and rabbit tolerant and is easy to care for.
