This drought resistant Mediterranean garden is low maintenance and requires little water to thrive. The plants consist of striking succulents and drought tolerant shrubs, laid out in drifts of stunning colors and textures. We can admire with delight the architectural Aloe ‘Hercules’ with its crown of fleshy blue-green leaves, the flamboyant blooms of Aloe cameronii (Red Aloe) and ‘Blue Elf’, or the incredibly showy variegated rosettes of Yucca gloriosa ‘Bright Star’.

Competing for attention are the equally sculptural Agave marmorata (Marbled Agave) with its broad banded leaves and Leucophyllum frutescens (Texas Ranger) with its ravishing silver foliage. What a glorious plant composition!
