Prized for its fascinating combination of colors, Sedum takesimense ATLANTIS (Takeshima Stonecrop) is a ground-hugging evergreen perennial forming tidy little rosettes of thick and succulent, dark green leaves adorned with wide creamy-yellow margins. The foliage picks up pinkish tints in fall. Attractive to butterflies, showy sprays of bright yellow, starry flowers appear atop short, thick stems in summer. A great choice for tucking into rock gardens or waterwise landscapes, or in decorative containers. Tough, cold-hardy and drought tolerant, it can go for long periods of time without water. It also makes a lovely groundcover for small areas.
