Glistening and shining like stars in the sunlight, the pristine white blossoms of award-winning Clematis montana var. grandiflora are combined with the profuse, carmine flowers of Rose ‘Zephirine Drouhin’. Two fragrant and vigorous climbing plants for a spectacular floral display. Their scent will hang beautifully in the air! Enjoy!

Climbing roses and clematis are perfect companions. They happily share the same arch or trellis, both reaching for the sun. They have the same natural needs, require the same growing conditions, and benefit from the same fertilizers. They are often of similar sizes with the result that neither swamps the other. They also complement one another. While the fragrance is rare in Large Flowered clematis, it is fairly common in roses. When combined, they often look many times more beautiful than on a standalone basis.
