Rose The Lady Gardener, Rosa 'Ausbrass', Shrub Roses, David Austin Roses
Rosa The Lady Gardener is one of the most fragrant and best repeat-flowering of all English Roses. It is incredibly floriferous, nearly covering itself in perfume and flowers from late spring to frost. It produces large, 4 in. wide (10 cm), semi-double, rosette-shaped in a rich apricot shade that will catch your eye. The rosette-shaped flowers are full-petalled with a large button eye that gradually opens up. Loosely arranged in a quartered formation, the petals (9-16 petals) delicately pale towards the outside before eventually fading to cream all over. Strongly fragrant, a mix of Tea rose with hints of cedar wood and vanilla, the blossoms are elegantly held against the lovely green semi-glossy foliage. Short, bushy with an upright habit, this Rose stands up well to rain!
