Favorite Lavenders by Flower Color

Lavender Types, Lavender Varieties, Lavender Flower

Lavenders come in various heights, scent and flower color. The overall flower color is derived from both the calyx and corolla. The calyx, also known as the "lavender bud' is what gives dried Lavender buds their color. The corolla or "petals" is the flower part that drops when the Lavender is dried. Lavender colors include white, pink, blue violet and of course a wide range of purples!
