Lavenders come in various heights, scents, and flower colors. The overall flower color is derived from both the calyx and corolla. The calyx, also known as the “lavender bud’ is what gives dried Lavender buds their color. The corolla or “petals” is the flower part that drops when the Lavender is dried. Lavender colors include white, pink, blue-violet and of course a wide range of purples!
