Taller and more free-flowering than the species, Fritillaria persica 'Adiyaman' is a vigorous bulbous perennial which grows up to 2-3 ft. tall (60-90 cm), in a beautiful display of racemes of pendant, bell-shaped, rich plum purple flowers. Blooming in mid to late spring, each stem may carry up to 30 flowers. This beautiful scenery is complimented by lanceolate, gray-green leaves.
