Siberian Iris 'Contrast in Styles', Siberian Flag 'Contrast in Styles', Iris 'Contrast in Styles'
Noted for its showy color patterns, Iris sibirica ‘Contrast in Styles’ (Siberian Iris) is a clump-forming perennial with incredibly beautiful flowers in late spring to early summer. Each blossom features rich wine purple standards and falls and lighter blue-purple styles. The semi-flaring falls display prominent white and yellow signals with purple veining, creating a ravishing, colorful effect. After blooming, the grass-like foliage, consisting of sturdy clumps of upright gray-green, narrow and fairly rigid, blade-shaped leaves, is also one of its most attractive garden features as it remains fresh-looking all season.
