Veronica ‘Perfectly Picasso’ (Spike Speedwell) is a bushy, upright, clump-forming perennial producing elegant spikes of star-shaped, medium pink flowers from mid to late summer. Opening from white buds, the flowers open from the base upward and create an eye-catching bicolor floral display for weeks. They sway above the healthy foliage mound of lance-shaped, medium green leaves.
