Heuchera ‘Ginger Ale’ is a particularly attractive variety of Coral Bells with its unusual foliage of lobed, rounded, long-petioled, soft ginger ale leaves with a silver sheen, dark veins, and amber-coral undersides.

  • In late spring to midsummer, panicles of small, bell-shaped, ginger yellow, and light pink flowers bloom on slender stems rising up to 18 in. (45 cm) above the semi-evergreen foliage. This Heuchera’ is prized by gardeners for its ability to complement so many colors, thanks to its perfect neutral tones. versatile plant that looks great both in the garden and in combination container plantings. It is droughtheat, and humidity tolerant.

  • Performs best in part shade, in richhumusymedium moisturewell-drained soils. If grown in full sun, make sure the soil remains consistently moist or the foliage might decline. Thrives in dry shade, once established. It is attractive to butterflies and often ignored by deer.
  • A spectacular addition to bedsbordersrock gardenswoodland gardens, or in containers. Fabulous when planted in groups!
  • Divide clumps in spring every 3-4 years.
