Stiff Sunflower, Prairie Sunflower, Helianthus rigidus, Helianthus laetiflorus

Helianthus pauciflorus (Stiff Sunflower) is an upright, rhizomatous perennial with rigid and hairy, green or reddish stems clad with lanceolate to ovate, grayish-green leaves, often folded lengthwise.
