Angelonia ‘Angelface White’ (Summer Snapdragon) is a tender perennial, usually grown as an annual, boasting a profusion of showy spikes of large, pure white flowers from late spring to the first frosts. Resembling small snapdragons, the eye-catching blossoms exude a slight grape soda fragrance. They rise on flexible stems clad with narrow, pointed, medium green leaves. Blooming continuously all season, this heat-loving plant has a semi-upright habit and is well-branched. Easy to grow, low care, heat, humidity, and drought tolerant, disease resistant, it is a terrific addition to garden beds or containers where it adds a lovely vertical accent. The flowers make great long-lasting cut flowers too!

  • Grows up to 18-24 in. tall (45-60 cm) and 12-18 in. wide (30-45 cm).
  • Thrives in full sun in light, well-drained soils. Needs little to no supplemental water.
  • This Angelonia is perennial in hardiness zones 10-11 but treated as an annual in cooler areas.
  • Self-cleaning, no deadheading necessary. Will do best if fertilized on a regular basis.
  • Virtually pest and disease free.
  • Propagate by cuttings.
