Rosa Mother Of Pearl® (Grandiflora Rose)

Rose Mother Of Pearl®, Rosa 'Meiludere' PP18707, Grandiflora Roses, Shrub Roses

Rosa Mother of Pearl® is an exquisite Grandiflora rose with small clusters of large, 3.5 in. across (9 cm), full (35 petals), soft, pale pink flowers. The luminous blossoms emit little fragrance and bloom profusely in flushes from spring to fall. Their color is set off beautifully by the shrub's lush foliage of semi-glossy, dark green leaves. It is a good rose in a wide range of climates, including cooler climates and hot, humid areas. Very blackspot resistant

  • Grows up to 3-4 ft. tall and wide (90-120 cm).
  • An excellent choice for beds, borders, flowering hedges, or containers. Stunning when mass-planted.
  • Best grown in full sun, in rich, fertile with adequate moisture, well-drained soils.
  • Propagate by hardwood cuttings in autumn or by chip budding in summer.
  • Bred by Alain Meilland (1940-....) (France, 2006).
