Rose 'Wickwar', Rambler Rose 'Wickwar', Hybrid Soulieana Roses, Shrub Roses
A spectacular sight in summer, award-winning Rosa ‘Wickwar’ is a sprawling bush with large clusters of small, single, creamy-white flowers, 2 in. across (5 cm), adorned with golden-yellow stamens. Produced in abundance once in spring or summer, the flowers (4-8 petals) are borne on long, arching stems with thorny shoots bearing a lovely chalky blue-gray foliage. The blooms are followed by decorative, orange-yellow hips in the fall, extending the season of interest of the plant. Extremely vigorous, ‘Wickwar’ is ideal for covering an eyesore, a large wall, pergola or arbor. Very disease resistant.
