Blooming early, Dianthus Frosty (Pink) is a dwarf evergreen perennial with wonderfully fragrant, large, double, pure white flowers. Blooming from early spring through early fall (with regular deadheading), the blossoms are carried on non-flopping stems above a low mound of narrow, silver-blue leaves. Easy to grow, this compact Garden Pink is an excellent addition to window boxes, baskets or planters.
Frosty belongs to the Early Bird Series of Garden Pinks from Whetman Pinks, which are noted for their earliness of flowering, and compact habit.
