Rosa Cinco de Mayo (Floribunda Rose)

Noted for its amazing colors, Rosa Cinco de Mayo is a stunning floribunda rose boasting small clusters of double, open, ruffled flowers, up to 3.5 in. across (9 cm), in shades of smoked lavender and rusty red-orange. Packed with 25 wavy petals, the stunning blossoms are borne on long stems and have a moderate sweet apple fragrance. Blooming profusely from late spring into fall, they stand out against the healthy foliage of glossy, dark green leaves. Compact and bushy, this small rounded shrub catches the eye and is terrific for beds and borders, containers and a great option as a flowering hedge.
- Recipient of the prestigious Award of Garden Merit of the Royal Horticultural Society and All-America Rose Selection - the most prestigious rose award in the USA (2009).
- Grows up to 2-4 ft. tall (60-120 cm) and 3-4 ft. wide (90-120 cm).
- Best grown in full sun in rich, fertile with adequate moisture, well-drained soils. For best flowering apply a balanced fertilizer and mulch in late winter or early spring and a balanced fertilizer again in early summer.
