Rosa 'Malvern Hills' (Auscanary)

Rose 'Malvern Hills', Rambler Roses, English Roses, David Austin Roses

A repeat-flowering rambler, Rosa 'Malvern Hills' produces large clusters of fragrant, fully double, soft yellow flowers from early summer to fall. The glorious blossoms are borne on strong slender stems clothed in a healthy foliage of small polished leaves. Each slightly Noisette scented bloom, 2.5 in. across (4 cm), is packed with up to 40 petals. Reliable, this short rambling rose is perfect for covering arches, pillars, trellises as well as walls and pergolas. It could also be encouraged to scramble over shrubs or into a small tree.

  • Blooms intermittently throughout the summer and into fall.
  • Grows up to 8-10 ft. tall (240-300 cm) and spreads up to 4-5 ft. (120-150 cm).
  • Best grown in full sun in moist, moderately fertile, humus-rich, well-drained soils. Provide good air circulation.
  • Bred by David Austin in 2013.
